Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refund requests are considered for enrollments purchased directly from Mindsync Tools. Complimentary seats, partner vouchers, and third-party resold access follow the seller’s terms unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Timeframe

For self-paced Field Notes packs, you may request a full refund within 7 days of delivery if fewer than two downloadable templates have been accessed. For Review Bench lab seats, you may request a full refund up to 48 hours before the cohort start, or within 7 days after start if you have submitted no graded worksheet.

Full vs partial refunds

If you withdraw after submitting graded work, we may offer a partial refund minus completed feedback rounds (typically 35% of tuition per completed round) when required by applicable consumer law or as a goodwill gesture. Toolkit Studio custom work already delivered is charged on a percentage-of-completion basis.

Non-refundable items

Third-party software licenses, completed private workshops, rush custom scenario design after delivery, and bank transfer fees charged by your institution are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email support@mindsync-tools.digital with your full name, enrollment reference, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and request any missing details.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. If that method is unavailable, we may use bank transfer to a Korea-based account you nominate.

Cancellation by Mindsync Tools

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra tuition.

Exceptions

Mandatory cooling-off or consumer rights under Korean law take precedence where they grant you stronger protections. Suspected fraud, abusive chargebacks without contact, or sharing of materials in breach of the Terms of Service may void goodwill refunds.
