Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Enrollment in paid programs may involve additional written agreements; where those conflict with these Terms on commercial details, the enrollment agreement controls for that purchase.

Educational purpose

Content, including the Offline Wallet Review Toolkit, is informational and educational. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. See Not Financial Advice.

Accounts and communications

You agree not to submit seed phrases, private keys, or other recovery secrets through our forms or email. You are responsible for the accuracy of contact details you provide.

Intellectual property

Text, worksheets, graphics, and branding on this site are owned by Mindsync Tools or its licensors. You may not redistribute course materials for commercial resale. Limited personal study copies of purchased materials are permitted unless an enrollment agreement states otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at abusive volumes, misrepresent affiliation with Mindsync Tools, or use our materials to deceive others about security audits we did not perform.

No payments on this site

Pricing pages are informational. Checkout is not offered on mindsync-tools.digital. Payment terms, if any, are handled through separate invoices or approved channels.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and materials are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or that following educational exercises will prevent loss.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mindsync Tools is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of digital assets, data, or profits arising from use of the site or materials. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or KRW 100,000 if you paid nothing.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Mindsync Tools against claims arising from your misuse of materials, your submission of unlawful content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Korea shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
